The aim of this study is to determine the mediating role of organisational cynicism in the effect of organisational justice perceptions of health sector employees on turnover intention. For this purpose, data were collected from 200 healthcare professionals working in Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart Hospital between 20 May and 30 June 2023 by using convenience sampling method. In the questionnaire, 20-item organisational justice scale developed by Nieef ve Moorman (1993), 13-item organisational cynicism scale developed by Brandes et al. (1999) and 3-item turnover intention scale developed by Wayne et al. Normal distribution test, frequency analysis, factor analysis, validity analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and regression analyses were performed on the collected data. In addition, "Process" add-on was used to determine the mediation effect. According to the findings, it was determined that organisational cynicism affects organisational justice and turnover intention. In addition, it was found that organisational cynicism has a mediating role in the effect of organisational justice perception on turnover intention.
