This study examines the experiences of educators as they navigate the challenges of technology use, highlighting both their successes and struggles in utilizing technology to enhance learner learning. By exploring educators views in detail, this research highlights key factors that influence successful technology use, such as teacher confidence, teaching goals, and ongoing support.
