Reveals the impact of in-school assessment, which is an important component of the primary education process at present, on the activities of younger school¬chil¬dren. Obtaining extensive information about the new content, opportunities and ways of international, national and in-school assessment work allows us to develop pe¬¬¬dagogical and methodological recommendations that ensure their effectiveness. The article identifies new opportunities and ways of existing assessment directions (In¬¬¬ternational, national and in-school assessment), including types of in-school as¬sess¬ment in primary education. Also, advanced national and international experience in the new assessment conducted in curriculum-oriented classes at present is studied and a psychological-pedagogical and methodological analysis is given to it.
