In the conditions of growing competition in modern sports, achieving high results requires not only the development of physical qualities and technical skill, but also a high level of tactical readiness, which determines the effectiveness of an athlete's actions in a changing competitive situation. It is the tactical component that allows an athlete to adapt his actions to specific conditions, make optimal decisions, rationally distribute his forces and time, take into account the actions of his opponents, and use his own advantages. This problem becomes particularly relevant in sports such as CrossFit, where the structure of competitive activity is variable, and athletes' tasks change in real time. Therefore, tactical readiness becomes a critical factor for successful performance. However, the scientific and methodological support for the process of forming tactical readiness in the conditions of multifunctional training remains insufficiently developed. This necessitates an in-depth study of the features of the formation of athletes' tactical readiness and the development of practical recommendations for its development in the structure of competitive training. The article examines the issue of the formation of tactical readiness of athletes specializing in CrossFit as one of the dominant components of their competitive effectiveness. The main goal of the study is to develop an experimental methodology for forming the tactical readiness of male and female athletes specializing in CrossFit for competitive activities. Research methods: analysis and generalization of scientific and methodological literature, systematization and classification, observation, questionnaires and surveys, expert evaluation, methods of mathematical statistics (quantitative analysis of results, correlation analysis, comparative analysis). In the process of research and analytical work, the significance of tactics as a system of decision-making, effort management, adaptation to changing conditions, and rational use of resources during the performance of competitive complexes was substantiated. The results obtained can be used to improve the training system for CrossFit athletes and optimize training programs taking into account the tactical component of competitive activity. Prospects for further research in the chosen direction of scientific exploration include testing an experimental method for forming the tactical readiness of athletes specializing in CrossFit for competitive activities.
