The article is devoted to the study of the main problems identified during the implementation of the Federal project “Clean Country” in the Moscow region, as a project included in the national project “Ecology”, one of the twelve established by the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation “On national goals and strategic objectives of the development of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2024” dated 07.04.2018 No. 204 national projects aimed at introducing structural changes in both the economy and the social sphere.
