The school environment as a system of complex multiple subsystems favors the emergence of malfunctions that hinder the unimpeded fulfillment of its purpose. On a daily basis, phenomena are observed that disrupt its function and cause disharmony, sometimes significantly affecting the relations of its living parts. These discrepancies concern the relations of teachers with each other, students with each other, teachers with students and their parents. Focusing on the student, the present study aims to investigate these conflicting phenomena through the views of the teachers themselves who serve in primary schools in the Peloponnese region. Applying the quantitative strategy and adopting as a tool an electronic questionnaire, it records these views with the aim of outlining the phenomenon on the one hand and drawing conclusions from which, on the other hand, useful suggestions will be made in the normalization of the prevailing situation.
