The objective was to determine the relationship of the organizational climate with the work performance of the workers of the Pre-University Center of the National University of the Center of Peru-Huancayo 2023. (Department of the National University of the Center of Peru). The research methodology was basic, non-experimental, correlational, cross-sectional. The population and sample were 30 employees. A survey was applied with 15 items for the organizational climate and 15 for the dimensions of work performance, with the Likert scale (Always, almost always, Sometimes, almost never and never). The results showed Almost always (95%) and Always (5%) for organizational climate and job performance. The ratings were sometimes sporadic and almost never and never were zero. It is concluded that a direct relationship was developed between the organizational climate and work performance with a Spearman Rho evaluation coefficient of 0.760** (very strong positive correlation). The organizational climate and its relationship with the dimensions of work performance showed the following correlations: With Productivity a Rho: 0.643**; with efficiency a Rho 0.760** and with work efficiency Rho 0.760**. Then the staff of this university unit will work with productivity, efficiency and are efficient.
