Background: An analysis of the impact of the external environment on the operation of foundations in Poland between 2020 and 2023 reveals that they are heavily dependent on external factors such as economic, legal, social, and technological changes. The organization will be referred to as “the Foundation” throughout this article) and identifies effective strategies for adapting to dynamically changing conditions. Methods: The study employs deductive and comparative methods. Conclusions: Despite many challenges, the Foundation demonstrates the ability to adapt and respond effectively to changing conditions, which is promising for the future of the non-profit sector in Poland.
