This paper investigates the dynamic electromagnetic interactions of a spinning positively charged Spherical Halbach Array in proximity to high-voltage electric power stations. We analyze the system’s behavior under varying magnetic strengths, rotational velocities, and environmental conditions, including corona discharge onset, field coupling, and induced torque. The study integrates photonic enhancements using light, laser, and X-ray sources, and compares their effects on field modulation and particle dynamics. Simulation frameworks and field maps are proposed to visualize induced electromagnetic phenomena. Applications include field sensing, energy harvesting, and experimental plasma generation.
