The article analyses the dynamics of Ukraine's investment attractiveness under conditions of war and economic instability based on data on the institutional environment and business expectations in the period from 2022 to 2025. Particular attention is paid to the study of changes in the institutional infrastructure, which largely determines the state of the country's investment climate. The author examines how, under conditions of military operations, institutional mechanisms weakened, which led to a decrease in investment attractiveness in 2022, and how the stability of the institutional environment gradually increased in 2023-2025, which contributed to the restoration of economic activity and confidence in the Ukrainian economy. It is found that the positive trend in the investment climate largely depends on the reform of the legal system, strengthening of institutions, and support for entrepreneurial activity. The article also concludes on the importance of further improvement of the institutional infrastructure to ensure sustainable economic development in the post-war period. Keywords: investment attractiveness, institutional environment, economic stability, investment climate, business expectations, investments, economic reforms.
