Myxomas are the most common intracardiac tumors, typically benign in nature, with the majority originating in the left atrium. Simultaneous occurrence of myxomas in both atria (biatrial myxoma) is an extremely rare condition that carries life-threatening risks due to embolization. Here, we report a case of a 59-year-old female who was diagnosed with biatrial myxoma. The patient underwent successful surgical excision of the intracardiac tumors and was discharged in stable condition.
