As the "Book of Enlightenment" for children to explore the world, science popularisation picture book is an important medium for children to know and understand the world in the early stage. This paper is based on the goal of national ecological civilisation construction, based on the natural resources of Guangxi, focusing on the innovative design path of children's localised interactive picture books, exploring the design strategy of picture books in line with children's cognitive law through the construction of localised content and the empowerment of digital technology, assisting the transformation and upgrading of picture books in the context of the construction of the new qualitative productivity, and providing a practical reference for the inclusive and personalised development of science enlightenment education.
