Low-altitude economy is a new form of productive force that has attracted significant attention in China's current development stage. As a comprehensive new industry and economic form, it possesses remarkable strategic significance and development potential. At present, China's low-altitude economy is still in its infancy, and the construction of legal guarantees for it needs improvement. Therefore, it is crucial to provide legal protection for the low-altitude economy through constructing its policy and legal framework and promoting industry standardization. This paper clarifies the definition of the low-altitude economy policy and legal framework, analyzes its current situation, existing problems, and solutions, and elaborates on the existing deficiencies in low-altitude economy industry standardization and its connection with the policy and legal frameworkr.
