This research analyzes the visual quality and communicative value of illustrations in Artisan Brand, a book by Handoko Hendroyono. The study focuses on two aspects: (1) the artistic quality of the illustrations' visual form, and (2) the effectiveness of message delivery through these visuals. Using Edmund Burke Feldman's art criticism approach, the research involves description, formal analysis, and interpretation. Six representative illustrations were selected based on visual quality and relevance to the narrative. The results show that the illustrations exhibit a contemporary minimalist style with strong, neutral colors, bold compositions, and meaningful design choices. The visuals effectively convey each brand's identity and align with the spirit of creative entrepreneurship. The illustrations not only enhance the narrative but also communicate philosophical messages about branding, portraying it as both an artistic and expressive process.
