The existing system of advanced training of social workers requires new approaches to its organization due to numerous problems. These include a reduction in the time of study at a university, a reduction in the hours allocated for industrial practice, the emergence of new categories of vulnerable groups of the population and technologies for providing them with social services that are absent from the content of training of future social workers, a formal attitude to the choice of educational programs for working specialists. This article presents a model of intra-organizational training of social work specialists, consisting of conceptual-target, content-technological and result blocks. The purpose of the model focuses training on the formation of those knowledge and skills that will be necessary for social workers to solve not only operational, but also strategic tasks of social service organizations. The paper highlights the factors influencing the choice of the content of educational programs, defines the most effective training methods, subjects and ways to increase employee motivation for continuous improvement of professional competencies, as well as the expected results of the implementation of the proposed model. The advantages of the model presented in the article are that it takes into account the needs of specialists for specific knowledge and skills that they can immediately apply in practical activities, the opportunity to receive competent advice to solve a professional problem that has arisen.
