In light of shifting workforce dynamics and heightened competition for talent within HR practices, this research study explores developing strategies for employee retention. The study examines the beneficial effects of creative tactics used by top performers on employee retention, engagement, and satisfaction, which in turn affect organizational performance. This study tackles the crucial problem of keeping talent in today's dynamic and competitive environment. Employee retention is the ability of an organization to retain its staff. The literature on the efficiency of staff retention is reviewed in this paper. Qualitative data is collected from various articles, surveys and case studies. Findings of study includes that work environment, work culture, pay negotiation, compensation management, rewards and recognition, leadership, and the interaction between employees and management are some of the aspects that are briefly covered while discussing employee retention techniques. Therefore, by offering a range of welfare programs and putting retention tactics into place, the company can instill certain practices that encourage employees to perform well and stay with the company.
