The proceedings of the III International Scientific and Practical Conference “Cyber Warfare: Intelligence, Protection and Counteraction” contain abstracts of reports by scientists,academic and research staff, doctoral students, associate professors, and applicants. The purpose of the conference is to analyze the ways of cooperation between scientific teams of European countries in modern peace and security projects and the use of modern training cyber training grounds and platforms for training cybersecurity specialists.
