The aim of this study was to examine the perceptions, experiences, and outcomes regarding operational efficiency of the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools in learning environments in Punjab region of Pakistan. It was assumed that the study would have a quantitative cross-sectional survey design and the structured questionnaires were applied to collect the data of 270 participants (school and university teachers). The descriptive, t-test, and correlation analysis allowed to discover that AI technologies impact productively of teachers, ease the administrative work, and classroom and instructional decision-making significantly and positively. The educated agents on AI showed notable percentages of productivity compared to the ones that did not receive any education, which is why particular professional development programs cannot be neglected. In addition, the significant positive relationship between the perceptions of ease of use of AI tools and the intention of the teachers to use an AI-based system was identified, thereby confirming once again that perceptions of usability play a crucial role in determining how people accept technology. These findings are consistent with the earlier researches that also note the positive, assistive quality of AI in the classrooms and its complementing quality in comparison to human instructors. The study also observed ethical concerns and lack of fairness in infrastructure, and the need of transparent governance systems of AI.
