Abstract This paper suggests a focused project to install a cutting-edge smart energy management system to improve grid sustainability and efficiency. The project attempts to combine several energy sys., including solar, wind turbines, micro hydropower plants, biomass energy plants and wind turbines, using MATLAB's optimization techniques and machine learning capabilities. In order to guarantee grid stability, avoid malfunctions, and lower energy expenses for both industrial and residential use, the system maximizes the use of both conventional generators and hybrid energy resources. The project supports a sustainable and resilient energy future by demonstrating the economic and environmental benefits of this integrated strategy through simulations and studies. The study also highlights predictive maintenance by predicting the energy generation through MATLAB simulations and machine learning.
