This research aims to examine effective strategies in developing the potential of natural spring tourism in Wringin Songo Village so that it becomes a tourist attraction asset for the government, local communities, and tourists. This study uses a qualitative research method of descriptive data collection methods used in this study such as interviews, observations of literature studies, and documentation, Informants in this study totaled 6 people consisting of managers, communities, and tourists. While the data used in this study is qualitative obtained from various sources as well as quantitative data, the source of this research data comes from primary and secondary data, The analysis used in the study with SWOT analysis and IFAS and EFAS matrix analysis. The results showed that Wringinsongo Village springs have a strong opportunity to be developed as a natural tourist attraction. The results of this study indicate that the strategies that can be done to develop the potential of Wringinsongo Village springs are: improvement of facilities ranging from entrances, bathing pools, and diversity of natural tourism activities, promotion and publication through online and offline media, and cooperation with tourism actors such as travel agents, travel vloggers, event organizers.
