A Systematic Method of Risk Management in Business Structures

The article substantiates a systematic method of risk management in business structures, which makes it possible to identify and assess the overall risk that a business structure carries, as well as to define strategic goals for effective risk management. It is revealed that the systematic method of risk management in corporate structures can be presented as a formalized approach to modern risk management. The scientific novelty and practical relevance of the work lies in the substantiation of the considered approach, which is based on the use of a systemically organized method of risk analysis and a multi-criteria method of supporting managerial decision-making. The main risk management methods developed to date are based on individual analysis and risk management, the proposed method is a continuation of these methods in the direction of integrated management combining analysis and risk management, and is a sign of commitment to sustainable development shared by all the units of the corporate structure.
