Motivation: Facilitating reliable multi-center renal perfusion MRI studies Goal(s): Assessing multi-center and multi-vendor reproducibility of perfusion biomarkers on 3T scanners from 2 clinical centers. Approach: Thirty-nine healthy volunteers were scanned in two vendors in separate days. MRI protocol included a PCASL sequence harmonized between vendors. Renal blood flow (RBF) maps were generated for each subject/scan. Bland-Altman plots, ICC and CVws were assesed. Results: Reproducibility of ASL was good for the two vendors. In addition, they showed comparable results in terms of RBF values. These findings provide evidence in favor of the need of ASL harmonization across vendors to allow reliable multi-center perfusion MRI studies. Impact: Harmonized PCASL sequence for renal perfusion measurements shows promise for reliable multi-center and multi-vendor studies
