Motivation: Conventional MRI lacks in determining the biological behavior of tumors. Goal(s): This study explore the feasibility of delta histogram analysis of SyMRI in predicting the grade and cellular proliferation of meningioma. Approach: SyMRI was obtained from 95 meningioma patients. Delta histogram parameters of SyMRI were compared between low- and high-grade tumors. Diagnostic performance was identified by ROC. Spearman's correlation coefficients were calculated to analyze the correlations between histogram parameters and Ki-67 expression. Results: The combination of dPD% (IR, MAD) and PD skewness showed the best diagnostic effectiveness in grading meningiomas (AUC=0.875). Significant correlations were found between the Ki-67 index and histogram parameters (r=-0.223-0.295). Impact: Delta histogram analysis of SyMRI can predict the grade and proliferative activity of meningiomas, which may facilitate the personalized treatment and prognostic assessment.
