Motivation: For quantitative MRI (qMRI), evaluating repeatability and reproducibility is vital for tackling the challenges of standardization. Goal(s): Analyse repeatability and reproducibility of T1 mapping and T2 mapping on healthy volunteers. Approach: Multi-site and multi-vendor study using two 3T scanners at two centers. Results: The mean T1 and T2 differences between multiple acquisitions are not significant. T1 and T2 exhibit good repeatability and reproducibility across multiple acquisitions for differnt scanners and sites in healthy volunteers. Impact: To address the standardization challenge of the MR protocol, assessing repeatability and reproducibility is essential. Our findings reveal that T1 and T2 MR biomarkers maintain high repeatability and reproducibility in healthy volunteers across multiple acquisitions
