The article presents a comprehensive study of the application of business analytics tools in the management of organizations and enterprises. The relevance of the topic is determined by global processes of economic digitalization, the rapid growth of data volumes, and the need to improve the efficiency of decision-making systems. Business Intelligence (BI) is currently considered a key tool for transforming data into useful managerial information, enabling strategic flexibility, risk reduction, and increased organizational competitiveness. The article outlines theoretical approaches to defining business analytics and reveals its essence as an integrative category that combines information technologies, economic analysis, and managerial methods. A classification of BI tools by levels is provided: operational, diagnostic, predictive, and advanced analytics. The methodological basis of the research includes systems analysis, comparative analysis, generalization, and case study methods, as well as the practical use of software tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, Python, and R. Special attention is paid to analyzing the potential applications of business analytics in strategic management, financial management, human resource management, and marketing. It is shown that, in the strategic dimension, BI contributes to scenario planning, monitoring of key performance indicators, and improving the quality of strategic decisions. In the financial sphere, BI ensures accurate budgeting, optimization of cash flows, and risk reduction. HR analytics allows for predicting employee turnover, increasing workforce efficiency, and building a transparent motivation system. In marketing, BI provides conditions for personalized offerings, customer segmentation, and enhanced customer loyalty. The article also highlights the main barriers to BI implementation – high costs, a shortage of qualified specialists, data quality issues, and resistance to organizational change. The practical significance of the study lies in providing recommendations for managers on effective BI implementation, developing staff competencies, and fostering an analytical culture. It is concluded that business analytics is not only a technological tool but also an important factor in management transformation, capable of ensuring the long-term resilience and effectiveness of organizations in a dynamic environment.
