Abstract

In this paper, we determine the structure of -skew cyclic codes over the ring , where and is a non-trivial automorphism over . Using a correspondence between and DNA 2-bases, we characterize -skew cyclic reversible DNA codes and -skew cyclic reversible-complement DNA codes over this ring. We also derive the Gray images of -skew cyclic codes.
