This study analyzes the digitalization of Social Security in Brazil, covering the General Social Security Regime (RGPS), the Own Social Security Regime (RPPS), and the Complementary Pension Regime (RPC). The objective is to understand how initiatives such as e-Social, INSS Digital, and the Meu INSS platform impact access to social security rights, administrative efficiency, and social inclusion. The deductive method was used, with bibliographic research and critical analysis of legislation, scientific articles, decrees, and case law, using an exploratory and interdisciplinary approach. Results indicate that digitalization has increased service accessibility, ensuring greater efficiency, transparency, and fraud prevention. Challenges remain, including the need for investment in technological infrastructure, staff training, and personal data protection in accordance with the General Data Protection Law and the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework. It is concluded that social security inclusion through digital transformation is essential for ensuring social rights, requiring public policies for digital inclusion and legal safeguards to ensure a fair and accessible process.
