That determine the physical fitness of military personnel at control centres. The purpose of the study is to characterize the professional work of military personnel related to operator activities and to determine the features of the influence of service conditions on persons involved in combat service. The objectives of the study are: to consider several professional factors that determine the need for further research and scientific substantiation of the level of physical fitness of service members for actions at the command posts of troops (forces) and weapons during combat duty. In addition, the article considers the most vulnerable systems of service members affected by modern service under the legal regime of martial law. The features of the organization and conduct of active forms of physical training during combat duty are presented, the special focus of individual forms of physical training is determined, the responsible persons of the management for their organization and the duties of the physical training and sports specialist (regular or non-regular) of the military unit (control centres) for working out the substantive part of the options for physical training and performing exercises during combat duty are determined. The saturation of the Armed Forces of Ukraine with modern types of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles poses another scientific task for physical training and sports specialists to study the physical condition of operators of various types of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (drones). Physically trained service members of the operator type are able to work for a long time, maintaining a clear mind and a high level of concentration, which contributes to the successful completion of tasks.
