This article features the transcript of a conversation with three past presidents of a state student affairs professional association. The conversation offers their motivations to pursue the presidency, responsibilities they performed as part of the position, challenges they experienced while in the role, and the skills, knowledge, and experiences that prepared them for the presidency.
