The absence of inclusivity not only reduces the depth of the art form but also isolates dancers who may feel compelled to adhere to styles that do not align with their ethnic identities.Therefore, the recommendations of the administrators are curriculum enhancement, emphasis on inclusivity and equity on employing the range of instructional methods. The codes highlighted the efforts of instructors to establish inclusive and supportive settings that respect varied cultural origins. Nevertheless, it also highlights the necessity for more organized direction to guarantee uniformity in these endeavors. Implementing structured frameworks and providing comprehensive training can ensure a standardized approach, equipping all teachers with the necessary skills to create an inclusive atmosphere for their students. An environment that provides support in dancing sports is essential for the comprehensive growth of athletes. This environment promotes emotional fortitude, stimulates daring behavior, and nurtures a feeling of camaraderie among individuals involved.
