Abstract

Suppl. Figure S5: Unbiased hierarchical clustering of the transcriptomic data of the immune and stromal cell compartment (Pancytokeratin-CD45+ and PanCK-CD45-) led to identification of three clusters: “immune excluded”, “immune neutral” and “immune activated”) representing different activation levels of the 72 immune pathway genes across the 220 PDACs.
