The paper deals with an extensive study of Weyl integrable gravity theory in the background of flat FLRW space-time model, considering both classical and quantum cosmology. Noether symmetry approach has been used not only to simplify the evolution equations but also to obtain analytic solution from them. The classical solution has been analyzed from observational view point. Finally, canonical quantization programme has been complemented by the Noether symmetry analysis.
