Influence of Accounting Students' Perceptionts Regarding the Audit Work Environment, Auditor Fees and Social and Cultural Factors on Their Career Choices in the Future

This study aims to determine the effect of the audit work environment, auditor fees, socio-cultural factors on future career choices. This research is a study using quantitative methods. The population in this study were all accounting students of Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo class of 2020 and 2021. The data used in this study are primary data collected through a questionnaire survey in the form of a google form and obtained as many as 156 respondents. The method used to test the hypothesis is to apply multiple linear regression analysis techniques to the data that has been collected. The findings of this study indicate that there is a positive relationship between the audit work environment and auditor fees on the future career choices of accounting majors. While socio-cultural factors have a positive influence on the future career choices of accounting majors.
