Background and Aim: Basketball has been popular in China for a long time. The essence of basketball is a talented athlete. Systematic team play the management of the person in charge or executive must be professional. It is therefore important to study the development system of basketball organizations within China. China wants to develop all kinds of sports as a result of the development of the whole system to improve the country’s reputation. Despite basketball's popularity, there is a lack of comprehensive managerial models tailored to elite teams in China." Methods: Employing a Delphi method, we consulted 21 experts across five domains to predict and develop a managerial model for the 2024-2034 decade Results: The results of the research found that 1 study of the development of the basketball management model for the next decade meets the objectives, which are reported as a subsection of the model for each aspect of the study, namely planning, organization, practice, and the control is by the objectives and the consistent opinions of experts. 2 Results of the creation of a model for the development of a basketball management model (next decade), a group meeting was held to confirm the model according to the principles. POIC theory is planning aspect, organizing aspect implementing aspect, and controlling aspect. Conclusion: The developed model outlines critical areas for development, offering a strategic roadmap for elevating the professional management of elite basketball teams.
