The article discusses various types of digital technologies used in the electoral process. Noting their unconditional benefit from the point of view of the convenience of voters, the efficiency of electoral procedures, the author draws attention to some aspects of digitalization that remain outside the field of legal regulation for the time being, and therefore potentially contain threats of violation of law and order. Nevertheless, digitalization of the electoral process is a reality that must be followed in order to improve the electoral process together with advanced digital technologies.
