In Indonesia, Pesantren is renowned as a center for religious instruction that plays a vital role in promoting Islamic principles. In actuality, boarding schools deal with the problem of student delinquency even though they are thought of as educational institutions that place a high priority on religious standards. This research seeks to understand the history and underlying factors of student delinquency in boarding schools, investigate the influence of moral education on student conduct, and assess the aspects of parenting that contribute to delinquency. Interviews with instructors, pesantren management, and ex-problematic students are conducted using qualitative methodologies. The study's findings should offer deep insights that will aid in the development of policies and preventative measures aimed at raising a new generation of morally and ethically conscious students.
