Abstract Introduction The labor legislation in Morocco underwent significant revision in 2004, marking a pivotal moment in the country's commitment to workers' rights. Materials and Methods This study analyzes the legal framework, specifically the labor code and its implementing texts, providing a comprehensive understanding of the regulatory landscape governing employment. Results A detailed examination of key provisions related to hygiene, safety, and occupational medicine reveals the legislation's emphasis on ensuring the well-being of workers. Conclusions The study concludes with an exploration of major questions arising from the current legal framework, paving the way for further discussions on potential improvements and the effective implementation of these regulations.
