In summary, huAR9.6 mAb binds with MUC16 positive PDAC and reduces tumor growth via 1) inhibiting the activation of MUC16-mediated ErbB signaling, and 2) inducing antibody-dependent cytotoxicity (ADCC) and 3) complement-dependent cytotoxicity (CDC).
