To summarize the clinical experience of Luo Shijie's famous traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of exogenous fever in children. Children's exogenous fever is a common exogenous disease in clinical practice. The length of fever varies, and the longer the time, the greater the probability of damage to the nervous system of children. According to syndrome differentiation, Luo Shijie flexibly modified Qingwenbaidu Decoction to treat the disease and achieved good results. By introducing the etiology and pathogenesis of fever in children, this paper puts forward the methods of 'dredging' -relieving exterior and relieving fever, 'clearing' -clearing heat and detoxifying, clearing heat and cooling blood, 'purgation' -diuresis and clearing heat. The clinical effect is remarkable and worthy of popularization and application, and 2 typical medical records are attached to verify it.
