The emergence and use of new information technologies in educational processes requires the formation of a completely new educational system, and the provision of educational services to a large number of users while reducing educational costs. The use of Internet technologies in educational activities is aimed at achieving these goals. Now we are witnessing the formation of a new type of society - the information society.
