Background: The increase in old age in the last decade has become a health problem that needs attention. The number of elderly posyandu is limited, meaning program coverage is still limited. The PKPM (Muhammadiyah Development Partnership Program) aims to cadre women studying Aisyiah so they can provide health services to older adults. Method: The partners in this PKPM are Pengajian Aisyiah Pasar 4 Tembung. Four members were selected to participate in mentoring activities to implement health screening and health education for older adults in Pengajian Aisyiah and the surrounding community, as well as advocacy for villages and local village midwives. Results: The trained cadres became more adept at carrying out registration and examination activities for 25 older people with hypertension and obesity. Conclusion: This PKPM has empowered the community to carry out early detection of elderly health so that they can carry out earlier prevention of elderly diseases.
