The study aimed to identify the administrative creativity’s level among the principals of post-basic education schools in the Governorate of Al Dakhiliyah in the Sultanate of Oman. A descriptive survey research methodology was used. Also, the questionnaire was used as a tool. It consisted of (59) items. It was applied to (274) teachers. Results showed that the administrative creativity’s level among the principals was high. The study also revealed no statistically significant differences in the study sample’s subjects estimates of the administrative creativity’s level due to qualification. There were statistically significant differences attributed to gender in all fields of administrative creativity favoring females. Among the most important recommendations of the study: the need to take into account when nominating for the position of a school principal, the selection of candidates who possess creative leadership skills and creative personality traits.
