The actions of the partisans on the communications captured by the enemy at the initial and final stages of armed resistance are considered. The national and social composition of the fighters of the partisan formations is characterized. An assessment of the participation of the Polish units of the Home Army in the partisan struggle is given, the peculiarities of the organization and living conditions of the civilian population in the occupied territories are given.
