In recent years, the overburden of homework and out-of-school training for primary school students has become more and more serious, and parents have become more anxious, which has greatly affected the students' physical and mental health and destroyed the original educational ecology. In 2021, China will take the "double reduction" work as the key task of education reform, showing unprecedented reform determination and strength. Under this special policy environment, the education ecosystem needs to be optimized and innovative. After the "double reduction", parents are very concerned about their children's after-school services, and after-school services have gradually developed into a public education issue that concerns parents, schools and the society. Under the background of "double reduction" policy, after-school service requirements should be the same as daily education and teaching work, and achieve "quality improvement and upgrading" under the comprehensive implementation of the Party's educational policy. This study focuses on the implementation and problems of after-school services.
