Based on the perspective of performance management, this article explores the process of improving the multiple evaluation subjects of teaching quality in colleges and universities using the 360 evaluation method, including stages from single subject of leader evaluation to five-in-one evaluation subjects of student evaluation, expert evaluation, leader evaluation, peer evaluation, and self evaluation. And then, it expounds the introduction of the third party and long term teaching quality evaluation system including mutual evaluation and social evaluation. Although there are important reasons and necessity for introducing third-party teaching quality evaluation subjects, it may indeed face some difficulties at present, the article tentatively provides some specific and referential implementation methods. At last, it is proposed to attach importance to the application of teaching quality evaluation results, and the reform of teaching quality evaluation reward system, to make teaching quality evaluation truly meaningful.
