Based on digital media technology, this article presents painting works in the form of projection through the application of projection technology. The display of traditional painting works requires a lot of manpower, material resources, and financial resources, which not only occupies a lot of space but also causes visual fatigue to the audience. This article proposes a design scheme for an interactive projection system for painting works based on digital media technology. Through projection technology, the painting works are projected onto the wall, forming a huge painting work on the wall. The system includes projection, intelligent interactive painting system, and digital display platform. It uses projection technology to convert traditional paintings into digital images, and uses an intelligent interactive projection system to interact image data with painters, achieving real-time display, storage, and sharing of paintings. It invests 100 training sessions in the calculation of the loss function to obtain the optimal loss function value, and then implements the design scheme. This achieves a perfect combination of painting works and digital display platforms, enhancing the audience's aesthetic experience of the display form of painting works.
