Kosovo, facing sluggish economic growth and fiscal constraints, grapples with the formidable task of fostering economic development amidst persistently high unemployment rates. Addressing this challenge requires comprehensive reforms across various sectors of the economy to facilitate the creation of stable employment opportunities. This paper investigates the efficacy of fiscal policy in mitigating unemployment, spurring investment, and stimulating consumption to bolster sustainable economic expansion. Through an analysis of fiscal measures and their impact on key economic indicators, this study seeks to offer insights into strategies for achieving robust and inclusive growth in Kosovo.
