The author compares centralized (in South Korea) and decentralized (in Russia) procurement systems, identifies similarities and differences in the legal regulation of relations in the field of public procurement in Russia and South Korea. The author compares the information systems in the field of procurement of the two countries and the procurement methods used by them. Special attention in the article is paid to issues related to the functioning of registers of unscrupulous suppliers.
