The article is devoted to the optimization of the status of participants in proceedings on administrative offenses. The list of participants in this proceeding interested in the outcome of the case is being considered. A comparative legal analysis of the content of their statuses, as well as the provisions regulating the relevant procedural actions, is carried out. Based on the conducted research, proposals aimed at optimizing these statuses are put forward.
