The study aims to examine the effect of Work Stress and Work Load on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable. This research is a quantitative study with the population and sample in this study, all 110 totaling medical employees at the puskesmas Wonoayu. The data analysis used in this study is SmartPLS 3. The result of this study indicate that Work Stress, Work Load, and Job Satisfaction have an effect on Employee Performance. While Work Stress has no effect on Job Satisfaction and Work Load have an effect on Job Satisfaction. While Job Performance is considered unable to mediation Work Stress on Employee Performance and Job Performance can be considered to be a mediation Work Load in Employee Performance.
